Cliff 20: A Future on the Spectrum follows three fathers of young men with Autism. Through candid interviews, the fathers share the difficult journey of raising their children, and the struggles their sons face trying to find meaningful employment, and participate in a society that doesn't seem to understand them. As their boys age out of traditional support systems, one father has taken matters into his own hands, developing a unique training program that might help adults with Autism find success in the workforce. This short documentary captures the fathers’ journey, and their sons’ stories of courage and hope.
