Join Taes (aka Boots from Splash’N Boots) for the "Big Heart Journey," where young explorers discover fun and active ways to understand and express their emotions! In this interactive 30-minute workshop, children will learn how to identify different feelings and develop some healthy (and fun!) strategies to move through them.

Through playful movement, creative activities, and guided exercises, participants will:.

· Learn simple techniques to manage big feelings.

· Practice expressing themselves in positive ways.

· Build confidence in navigating emotional challenges.

· Discover how emotions feel in their bodies.
